Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2025 · Effective immediately

⚠️ Important: PandaMind tools are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not provide medical diagnoses and are not a substitute for professional mental health care.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PandaMind (pandamind.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Nature of the Service

PandaMind provides free self-assessment tools based on validated psychological screening instruments (including DSM-5 criteria, ASRS v1.1, PHQ-9, GAD-7, and others). These tools are:

  • Informational and educational screening aids — not clinical assessments
  • Not a substitute for professional evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Not supervised by or affiliated with any medical or psychiatric institution

Results indicate trait patterns and tendencies. They should be used as a starting point for reflection or conversation with a professional — never as a definitive conclusion about your mental health.

3. Not Medical Advice

Nothing on this site constitutes medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice. We are not medical professionals. The content is for general informational purposes only. Always seek the advice of a qualified mental health provider with any questions about a mental health condition.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or any other emergency, please contact emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PandaMind and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any results.
